At the International Women's Day celebrations on Saturday, 8th March 2025 hosted by the Minister of Gender, Labour and Social Development (Hon. Amongi Betty Ongom) held at Bukwiri C.O.U Primary School, Butema Town Council in Kyankwanzi district, Dr. Asha Omar Ahmed Kablow had her book title " From Turmoil to Triumph: Pan-Africanism and Somalia's Pathways to Peace and Stability" launched by H. E Yoweri K Museveni. In attendance were also the Managing Director of Fountain Publishers Limited, Dr. James R Tumusiime and his wife, Mrs Loy Tumusiime. The book offers an in-depth exploration of Somalia's journey towards peace and stability. It also highlights the instrumental role of the African Union Mission in Somalia(AMISOM), particularly the Uganda People's Defense Force (UPDF) in fostering a secure environment for peace-building and humanitarian efforts.
